The hotel was homely and comfortable, although the room was very hot due to the bathroom radiator which we couldn't turn down. The room was small but sufficient, and had everything I needed, providing a cozy stay. The service was multilingual and extremely helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location was beautiful downstairs and right in the city center, making it convenient for city exploring. The dining experience offered a buffet with plenty of options, including fresh seasonal fruits. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some room temperature challenges.
The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not as expected, looking tired and dingy, but clean and aesthetically pleasing. The service was friendly but a bit slow at times. The location was convenient, on the edge of the old town, but with some minor issues in the room. The dining offered plenty of options with a homey touch, and the facilities were satisfactory.

The staff was multilingual and extremely helpful, although a bit slow in attending to certain requests. The location was convenient, right in the city center near shops, restaurants, and public transport. The dining options offered plenty to choose from, including healthy selections. The facilities, though not highlighted, were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
